"I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel and the room was well arranged and comfortable. I would say the staff were not helpful and rude at times. They hung up on us when acquiring about getting the airport shuttle. May have been a communication issue when I asked about it. I had booked a corner suite and was in the M class with access to the club. However I didn’t realize this covered breakfast. I spent $50 for my husband and I to get the breakfast package as well and they wouldn’t refund...

"The stay was very good, overall. Minor issues included, the room TV which 3 times went dead and read "no signal" - I had to call for the maintenance man to fix it. The computer in the lobby froze a number of times during our 5 night stay - someone at the front desk had to fix it. The caps in the room for the coffee are too big and don't fit."
