"This hotel was ideal for us as a family of four. We weren't looking for luxury, we wanted a great location, clean and functional, and this ticked all the boxes. We had a one bedroom unit and there was enough space for us to relax. The small kitchen was ideal for a quick breakfast. Having the free coffee and hot chocolate at the reception was very welcome. "My second time staying at the Residhome Paris Opera. Location is unbeatable. A few steps away from Printemps, Lafayette. Right next to the Metro (RER). However, best thing about this place is not the location, it's the service from the staff. Johan, Amel and Luanda were so helpful during our stay. They really set an example on how hospitality should be."

"Overall, we were happy with the hotel! Very cute and in good location (close to tube station), the room had a kitchen which was great and a secure car park. The only downside was the bed situation, we had booked a standard room but was give two twin beds as a double bed. Wasn’t ideal "

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the room size especially when traveling with a child. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the location is great. It’s close to the louvre and walking distance to the gardens and shopping. There is construction happening directly in front of the hotel. Our washer was broken in our room, but the hotel staff took our wet clothes and washed and dried it downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."

"I was little skeptical choosing the property as there were few negative comments on review but I decided to try it anyway. I was nicely surprised as almost everything was perfect. Additionally adding free sparkling water on request was nice benefit ( although one male worker ( longer hair) was upset at female worker who refiled my bottle with sparkling water and was screaming/ talking with raised voice, at her in French and I hope this should be addressed , it was on 12/25/24 in the evening ) .Breakfast was good but I really missed some veggies such as cucumber or tomato or lattice, but my daughters did enjoy fresh and hot baked buns. Also Expedia does not show information that You have to request parking so there was no parking when I arrived but they did find it next morning. other than this ,room, bathroom, lobby , location and staff is perfect ! "

"This is literally the best hotel in Paris I mean it amazing location such retro hip decorations building from the 1600s adorable coolest nicest staff best dogs in the world in the lobby breakfast and drinks available beautiful views fantastic heating when it was freezing out so so affordable "
