Friendly hotel with room for improvement
Posted 8 Mar 2023 on HotelsFriendly staff on reception, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Given that northern Italy is suffering from major drought, I was disappointed that they changed the towels every day. It’s unnecessary. I used the stairs, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. If I go back I’ll ask for an internal room, which might be quieter as there is a very noisy bar downstairs with tables outside. Lots of renovation work happening on the upper floor so it’ll be interesting to see what they are doing with the place.

The heart of stunning Cremona

The rooms are nice but basic. The location and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. It was great to be in the heart of one of Italy’s beautiful cities.

Location is perfect... Parking could be a problem. Hotel is old and not really a 4 stars... But staff was very good: friendly, helpful
