Great customer service! Room is clean and front desk was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely will come back. Mahalo!

The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue.
Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it.
The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free.
The rest of the stay was perfect.
