Host was very nice and upgraded me and my family at no cost. Room was very spacious. Had a very good sleep even though we spent only one night.

Lovely quiet property and so close to Gatwick. Room had everything needed for a short stay and host was so friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about this property and it fulfilled my needs! Needed near the airport, easy and economic transportation, good food walking distance, staff very attentive. I needed to rest and it was accomplished. Wish I could’ve stay more days.

They said it was three minutes to the airport. It was not. The place was actually kind of creepy

Hi Faye,We do not say 3 mins to Gatwick but it is 5 mins by rather car or bus. Are you really frustrated by 2 mins.I’m sorry you felt the place was bit creepy. It’s a 500 year old listing building , not he ritz .You had ordered a taxi and decided to not canx and leave before it was due, I had explained to the driver that you had already left .

Excellent and friendly staff. For breakfast, preorder a continental one or walk 10 min to Charlie's deli. Enjoy!

Host contacted me before my arrival to help with my time if arrival (outside of check-in hours) and to explain how to get there, about breakfast options etc. Despite my late arrival I was kindly welcomed by Saadi who show me the way to my room.
The only downside was the walk through the bushes in the darkness, as the night bus stops 8/10 minutes walk from the property. I would probably choose it again, but as a place to sleep the night before an early morning flight, for the easier connection to the airport.
