this was a really nice experience. if you're trying to get to London Heathrow, give yourself plenty of time. it should be a direct bus 105 and i believe 99, but there are mornings where it seems like everything melts down and things take twice as long.

As my travel was undefined, I needed to stay on a day to day basis while my meetings were being organized.
They allowed me to remain in the same room over 3 separate but continuous reservations.
I was invited to their 10th birthday party which was a blast!
Definitely my favourite experience!

I love, love, love this hotel. This was my 4th or 5th stay and it is my go-to when I am in London. Staff is amazing. Hotel feels like home. Highly recommended
