It was a great stay, clean room, smelled clean in the halls. Staff was superb, very friemdly and helpful.
Only downer was the hot tub was out of order. In the winter that's what everyone wants. Should be a high priority to get fixed. Shoupd also reflect on the website. It was a let down whem we arrived. Not a huge deal. Other than that. We would stay again.

I stayed in room 211 . There was so much noise I hardly slept at all . Literally no sound proofing.

The staff were very nice ! Beds comfortable however no housekeeping came in to clean. The front desk said we had to ask for housekeeping service !?!? The hot tub was not working and pool on colder side for kids. Only 2 pillows per bed , requested more and was given 1 also requested extra duvet on each bed non were provided. Towels very small in pool area definitely need updating. Waterslide was SO fun and fast kids loved it. NO elevator for 2nd floor guests very inconvenient.. will not stay again at this location.

Recently took our grandkids here for the night so they could enjoy the pool and a local climbing gym.
The staff were very accommodating with both an early check-in and a late check-out so the kids could maximize their time there.
The hotel was quiet and clean, and the parking lot wasn't icy considering the weather we had been having.

Hot tub was "broken" BUT compensation was the pool was quite a bit warmer than the last time we were there.. There is some deep cleaning that could be done now that it's a Ramada.. tile grout in bathrooms and main entrance.
Altogether a good hotel that I would recommend for the budget concious. Pets well treated and the breakfast is standard faire. Thanks for the good stay..
