"Fantastic location, really welcoming staff. I had requested a high floor and this was accommodated, I had a lovely view of the monument from my pillow and the room was quiet and warm. It was looking tired around the edges however and there was only a plug socket at one side of the bed which was inconvenient. Hotel info (wifi, check out time etc) was on the inside of the key card but this wasn’t point out and unfortunately we missed it until we collected it to return on check out. Tea and coffee...

"Nice hotel set within lovely grounds. Rooms a bit dated and needing some TLC. Our room had a broken bathroom lock which, after reporting, was sorted very quickly. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection however we dined in the Brasserie on the second evening and were told only pizzas and salads were available due to an issue in the kitchen.
