However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". "Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "Lovely stay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well located. We were a family of four and there was plenty around for the kids to do. The private parking was excellent and very secure."

"This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. However the booking policies, which are not mentioned clearly on this site, put us off travelling back. As good, probably better, than expected

"Given that this is a motorways services, it's functional accommodation, nothing more, and in that it delivered. Check-in was thorough, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean though a little tired in places. I even had a pleasant meal at the services courtesy of a food voucher. Exiting southbound on a frosty, dark and foggy morning was interesting!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this hotel was, needed a low cost last minute night. Free parking, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy, tv had good selection of channels including Disney plus and Netflix, which was great for us as there was a bad storm at the time. We ate in the restaurant and food was served quickly and was perfect temperature and well presented, we had no disturbances during the night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be booking again, I have stayed in many hotels in this area, some 3x the price, this one is by far the best value for money."
