Hannah and her son went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and very comfortable and quiet. They made sure we made it to the cruise port the next morning which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this property!!

My husband and I travelled for the Ironman event. The location was perfect. Close to grocery store, race expo and finish line/run course. The stay itself was beautiful, secluded and was incredibly relaxing. Access to a shared kitchen was a bonus. Really great access to local restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We also loved seeing the property dogs, they were super hosts! I can't reccomeneded this property enough. One of our favourite stays.

Staffs & owner are wonderful. The one bedroom unit is super with very comfortable bed which is important for us for sleeping. Will come back again.

Lovely little boutique apartments in a tranquil setting.
Ana the owner was fantastic - couldn’t have been more helpful. She recommended a great dive trip and helped organise a medical appointment.
Appartments have everything you need for a self contained/sufficient stay with all the necessary amenities. 15 minute walk into the centre of Cozumel and would probably recommend a car to make the most of exploring the island.
Great base for an island adventure - would def recommend.

The property was very clean and relaxing. The staff was so nice and super helpful. Short walk to town. I would recommend staying here. Anna was awesome!
