They need refillable water stations for your water bottles. Shouldn’t be giving out plastic water bottles to everybody. Also had no balcony and it was really hard to dry my stuff. I am a scuba diver, so I had a lot of stuff to get dry!

The property was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent! I would highly recommend this resort. The beach areas are so peaceful and relaxing.

The resort is smack on the middle of the jungle. Lots of shade and beautiful vegetation. A lovely boardwalk going down to a beautiful beach / pool area. Plenta of sun, or shade

We appreciated the proximity to the beach, which was both clean and well-maintained. The abundance of wildlife around the property and in the ocean added a special touch to our experience. The food was decent, but we would have liked a greater variety of tropical fruits. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants lacked sufficient seating, filling up quickly and making it difficult to secure a reservation. Among them, only the beachfront restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, while the other two felt confined and lacked atmosphere. The New Year’s menu at the main buffet was thoughtfully curated and well-executed. As for the nightly entertainment, some evenings were excellent, while others fell short of expectations. On the downside, the noise from neighboring rooms, the floors above, and the music from the main plaza was disruptive. On our last day, the water supply was unexpectedly shut off for several hours, which was inconvenient. We also felt there weren’t enough water activities available on the property. Guests had to walk to the neighboring property to access kayaks and sailboats, which was disappointing.

The property and grounds were beautifully managed. Our room was clean and stocked daily with drinks, towels etc. a couple things we were disappointed about was when we arrived to check in we were immediately asked to take a quick tour of the facilities and asked to sign up for a free stay giveaway that was only for Americans. After a long travel day I was not interested but said yes just to get away from the pressure of the consierge due to being exhausted. Also having to book a dinner each day was a hassle as my husband waited in line for 30 minutes one morning and then while we were eating at the reservation restaurant other people were allowed to walk in to eat without a reservation. We paid for the all inclusive option to make meals stress free and this experience with having to reserve a spot daily was stressful. Although our stay wasn’t perfect I’d still recommend this vacation spot to my friends and family due to the easy access to the beach.
