I liked the see and how quiet it was. That was my best thing in that stay. Also property is properly maintained. That is all i can say in plus about it!!
What I didn't like was the customer service which was very slow and, at times, inefficient. It looks like there is not enough food ALL THE TIMES. The food was not replenished in time, leaving guests with poor choices. The other weird thing was the water. Your table has six people, and there are only four glasses all the time. The glass is empty, and you have to ask for water. Also, it is never replenished until you ask. That is really not usual in all all-inclusive resorts. They also make sure you don't drink too much because running out of alcohol of your choice is very common. I can go on and on, but it's interesting not to see it in the reviews. When I talked to the guests, they were all surprised with all those things in a 4.5-star resort review. In my opinion, it should be 2.5-3 at most. I hope future guests will take that into consideration when paying and expecting excellence and finding poor service.
