The restaurant had no food the service wasn't good in the restaurant

This a very modern-looking hotel. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs.
My only complaint was that the internet was "spotty" at best. Then again this is quite common in Cozumel.
Overall, very positive experience and I would recommend and return.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The property is beautiful. The views are spectacular. We loved the rooftop infinity pool! The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. We would highly recommend it and we will be back to stay there again!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Cozumel this is by far the best non all inclusive hotel we have stayed at!!! We will be back we stay in Cozumel 8-10 times a year

The Puerto Libre Hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Close to everything, the staff was soooo nice and helpful, it was clean and the room was set up perfect with a great view. If we get back to Cozumel we’d be happy to stay there again!
