Staff were friendly even though vey few spoke any English (not their fault...ours for not speaking Spanish!). The restaurant buffet in the evening was very good. Room was clean and a very good size. Great views from the hotel!

Hotel was good and location ver good. However, there was a sense of lack of ambient and low personnel. Some restriction in Room amenities. Over All, ok but not Great

Very upscale for Coyhaique. Feels a bit like a Vegas hotel.

A gem. This was a fantastic place. It came mid trip. Everything about it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were the best and the food was some of the best I had throughout my trip. The room was the nicest room I had during my stay in Argentina and Chile.
