Terrible disgusting rooms and hotel I'm now sick from how disgusting the hotel was

Dirty conditions. Management refused to refund room after a/c failure throughout night

The bed was extremely hard. The property was nice but I wouldn’t stay again due to the hard mattress.

We stayed here to attend the Eras tour in New Orleans and it was super convieniant and an enjoyable stay.

The room did not feel clean, between stains on nearly every surface, lamps broken and unusable, and discoloration in the tub/bathroom. The whole hotel had an off-putting smell. Our air conditioner was broken and when the temperature got to 80 degrees, there was nothing they could do for us other than give us a fan. They had no extra rooms or maintenance to fix it. They did offer to change our room for the second night, but by the time we could it would have been more of a hassle.
