Took forever to get someone to check us in. The room smelled musty. I wiped things off the walls.

We had to change our room 3times because the air conditioner was broken the floors looked so sparkling walked around the room my brand new socks were blac as ever which means housekeeping not mopping the floors half cleaning the rooms sorry but i will not be staying here again and the pool wasnt working in 100 derees come on

I never stayed, your company does not have quality control. When I arrived after a 10 and a half hour drive from Michigan to Tennessee, I discovered that my room was in horrible shape. Hole in the shower was fixed with plaster, the front door did not seal all the way around light was visibly coming through a closed door, furniture was tattered, etc. I had to request a refund after trying two times to find a room in that establishment that was satisfactory.
Really disappointing considering it was the only hotel that allowed pets. I literally walked up the street to two separate establishments to find where I'm staying at currently. Hotels.com caused major inconvenience simply because they do not research and keep up quality on the hotels they suggest to the users of their app. That needs to change before I ever use your service again.

Overpriced, had to redo door keycard,
$90 and didn’t even have cup of coffee, no one in office at 7am checkout, left key in window FUslotbe

All the metal was rusted out or missing. Toilet was yellow. Shower head was on the ground.
