There were no public transportation near the hotel and it took one hour of walking to the train station if you don’t rent a car.

However, we find your comment harsh, knowing that you only judge its location and not the establishment itself.In addition, the team on duty did their utmost to find you a taxi on a Sunday evening at 8 p.m. We are not in a big city and it is difficult to meet this request.We advise you, during a future stay, to anticipate by asking us for taxi numbers in advance.Once again, we thank you for your comments and hope to regain your trust during a future stay.We look forward to welcoming you soon and send you our best regards.

Very friendly. Was perfect to stay two nights with family in ibis Budget in coutances

No lounge, no bar it was essentially a ‘Blackpool’ B&B. Also it was further out of town than I thought. Equally, the only restaurant on site was a faux hamburger joint.
I stay at IBIS hotels often, and IBIS Ouisterham regularly. Coutances was the worst ever.

Property was difficult to find with out sat back.
More towels would have been good. One towel on each was not adequate.
Room was very clean and bed really comfortable. Pillows we’re very hard.
Staff very helpful.
Very satisfied with our stay.
