Room is very nice, would be nice to have a small microwave. Clean and comfortable.

Rooms are a good size and the area is quiet. Could use some updates but it is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Nice 1 night get away for the fiancée and myself. We stayed in one of the villas with a jetted tub. Quite lovely, didn’t find time to golf this trip, but definitely will be back for a round! Course looks wonderful. Fall rates seemed very reasonable for such a nice club.

Nice quiet spot but I do find it is in need of a good upgrade. Rooms are feeling a bit tired and old. Staff were great! Beautiful golf course. Lovely restaurant

Made us wait until 4pm when there were lots of rooms available. Never upgraded

Hi William, Thank you again for sending us your feedback, and once again we’re so sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations. Our standard check-in time is at 4pm, VIP or not, we treat our guests equally. Room upgrades and early check-in are always not guaranteed as it all depends on our room availability. All our rooms were almost sold out the night before your arrival date, and the room type that you booked was all occupied the night before, as well as the majority of our suites that feature the same amenities, thus, upgrading you to a different unit was not an option when you tried checked in the first time. We value and acknowledge your loyalty status, and with this, we automatically waived the 15 nightly resort fee off your bill as one of your perks and that was mentioned during check-in. Regarding your comment about the the table reservation, I'm not sure what exactly happened and why they did not just book you a table, but thank you for sharing this, I'll share it with our restaurant team for a training opportunity. Once again, we apologize that your experience was less than ideal, and we hope you‘ll give us another chance to prove ourselves. All the best.
