"A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. "

"We generally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly across from the stadium and a rugby stadium and so just be aware if there are events taking place. Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! "First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. The xmas lunch was on tbe pricey side but as a one iff was a treat. I should have mentioned to waitress that lunch although very tasty was lukewarm. No complaints from me otherwise "

Lovely stay in Cardiff

"Although check-in wasn't until 15.00, we arrived around 10.30 and were able to deposit our bag early, for a fee of £4, which went directly to a local children's charity, so no qualms at all. From the moment we arrived until our departure next morning, the service was excellent, friendly as well as efficient, and didn't seem at all forced. Our room had a quite large entrance area with wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilites, leading up to the sleeping area, which although not huge, was perfectly adequate. The room, including the bathroom was spotless, the room was a very comfortable temperature, and we were fortunate enough to be on the quieter side of the building, so had a very quiet night. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and the hotel is centrally located so ideal for our trips to the Christmas markets. "
