Amazing customer service
Posted 29 Jan 2018 on HotelsFantastic large apartment located close to Courmayeur gondola to ski slopes. Heated boot storage to allow drying. Wonderful sauna and pool. Best of all offered us free late afternoon check out to allow us to shower after a day of skinning before heading to the airport.

Perfect Location and Super Hospitality

Pros: Comfortable room, clean, laundry service and good storage space for skis and boots.
Location: Hotel situated in a good location which is close to the Gondola and supermarket. Lots of nice small shops and restaurants in the village centre.
The hotel has sauna and Spa facilities as well as a bar and lounge which are perfect for après-ski relaxation. We stayed in a family apartment which is spacious and comfortable with good view from the balcony. All the reception staff including Merissa, the Manager are friendly and most of them speak English. Most important thing is the daily room cleaning and fresh towels everyday.
