The hotel was great apart from the check in staff not adding our park tickets to our room key. I had the tickets on the app so thought this was not an issue. However, as we did not have our stay dates printed on our room key we were refused entry to extra magic hours and by the time we got this sorted extra magic hours were over.

Very good location and transportation to Disney parks.
Starbucks onsite not all Disney hotels have this.

Lovely themed hotel. Check in super easy and no need to check out is a plus.
Only downside for me that I wasn’t advised there was a free shuttle from the train station/park so walked to the hotel when I first arrived. Once at the hotel everything was explained perfectly.
