House keeping was terrible, did not take out the trash the hole time I was there, did not make the bed, left used wash rags in the tub, morning breakfast was a lot to be desired, eggs and potatoes no meat or cold cereal for the price it should have been a lot better

They have an inside pool, which its great for kids. The timing was only 12pm to 8pm so that wasnt great though.

Horrible check in, front desk wanted to charge me twice. I had to pull out my account transactions. The entire place smelled like fumes/ paint, and the floor we stayed on stunk like weed. The room itself was okay except for the beds, they were hard and uncomfortable. I went to get ice and the ice machine was broken so had to go to the first floor for the ice. 2/10 experience. Do not recommend.

We had a small issue with our room and the man at the front desk was kind and helpful. He quickly offered a solution and fixed the issue. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was because we checked in late at night and were exhausted. We were really taken care of and I appreciated his willingness to help since we were traveling with small children.

Mold!
I was in town for my mother’s memorial service. I reserved a room for 3 nights. When I entered my room, there was a string mildewy odor. It was stronger in the bathroom. I asked for a different room and was told there were no other rims available. The next morning I found the source of the odor — mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. There were still no other rooms available, so I checked out and found different accommodations. The manager has not been available any time Hotels.com and I have tried to reach her to approve s refund.

There is no pullout sofa bed. They only have rolling beds on first come basis. We made a reservation for 5, so i definitely need a rolling bed.

I booked this location cause it was convenient to where I needed to be. Except the pool was out of service and has not been in service for months. I asked why no signs or why front desk didn't mention this or put it online when trying to book and the only response was just talk to the manager. Which I called several times but no answer.

Don’t recommend this hotel
The front door to enter the lobby would not open. We had to push it open Ask we walked in strong chemical odor. We couldn’t cancel because when we booked said we couldn’t get refund. We was hoping to soak in the pool. But it was closed. Been closed for about 7 months now. I will not be going back and don’t recommend the place. It was noisy thru the night people holler and doors slamming people running up and down the halls. First bad experience at a hotel for me and I have stayed at a lot of them.
