"We were greeted very warmly and check in was very efficient. There is no lift but the very helpful man at reception offered to carry out bags. I had a room with a terrace that was perfect, the terrace is huge, bed very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The breakfast was fine but a little bit overpriced for a modest continental breakfast, pastries fantastic though. My room did not have a fridge but my friend was in a newer room and it did have one. "This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for” - reasonably priced in a great location, with an excellent breakfast and very good staff, so what’s missing? Firstly, the hotel has no parking and the streets all around are full of cars looking for a parking space…we spent 40 minutes looking and ended up 15 minutes walk from hotel. "Fabulous hotel with an excellent staff! Our room looked out onto the beach and was picture perfect! Comfortable bed, AC, fridge. Really excellent! Wish there were better restaurants in town. Try to reserve one of the four parking spots owned by the hotel."

"Great place to stay, good value for the money! A note that it was very quiet in Royan and considered out of season ( our whitsun week off school) therefore it was hard to get a meal later than 7 and their was practically nobody around! The hotel was good for what we needed it for so that was our main priority"

"The hotel was very nice with friendly staff. A great location with easy walking distance to the beach and seafront shops restaurants and bars. An excellent place as bade camp to go out and explore. We had a first floor sea view room the higher up you are the better the view. Last day we had breakfast on our balcony watching the surfers. "
