Live up to its reputation as premium 5 star ⭐️ hotel . From check in to check out . Staff service has been friendly and helpful . Premise is well up kept and gorgeous. We had a great time staying here for 1 night in Macau.

We stayed in may casinos in the US, Australia, and Korea, but this is the first time, we have to go thru the casino every time we get to our room in the North side. The staff don't even know the hotel well, they cant even give us the right instruction to the shuttle bus!!!

Check in is slow. I chose to pay on site when booking, but hotel charged me before I checked in. The hotel itself is beautiful.
