The property was nice, the check-in service was considerable, and the air-conditioner was cool.
Only the queue taxi has a long wait, and I do not know why there is no high-frequency taxi service for the queue at such a hot temperature. Wish can be improved. Also, The MacaoRadioTaxi showed no taxi available when I booked it online.

Overall experience is not bad given its price. However, food variety at breakfast, and pillow quality and choices have to be improved. I got bored of the breakfast on day 2 given the limited and not- so- healthy food choices.
The pillow quality is not up to standard neither (I know it's a 4 star hotel).

My recent booking at Lisboeta Hotel (Apr 26-27) was marred by a frustrating check-in experience. Despite having my confirmation email, SMS, and even online chatting with the Expedia to verify, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation. They insisted on a 6-digit internal code, causing over an hour delay. While they eventually found the booking, no explanation was given for the issue.
I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. A late check-out doesn't adequately compensate for the negative experience. I trust you'll address this with the hotel to prevent future occurrences.
