The hotel was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The family-friendly amenities were impressive, and the personalized touch in helping us celebrate our 10-year anniversary was truly appreciated. We look forward to returning for another extraordinary experience in the future.

Posted 23 May 2024 on HotelsThe check-in was fast and smooth. No hip cups on the process and staffs were patient in explaining the procedures. The room is very spacious and facing the pool view, staff was very kind to help to upgrade the room for us due to my friend’s birthday trip. The conceige staff Amy was very helpful in explaining the routes and advised us to take the express bus to hk instead of taking the ferry. Highly recommended to stay. The housekeeper was very detailed by cleaning our luggage’s wheel and tidy up the place very well. Ample of space for yoga too

This property is amazing, great you can use all the Galaxy Facilities as well. Only complaint is we personally didnt like the beds.Found it hard to sleep all 3 nights

Everything were perfect, friendly staffs included room service staff as well as security staff an A for their helpfulness.
Wait time for registration must be improve, I had waited an hour and a half was not a good standard for JW brand.
