"Room was very basic small bedroom bathroom very dated, room could certainly do with an upgrade, certain areas of the hotel could do with a fresh lick of paint. Food at breakfast and evening meal was very good plenty of choice really good quality."

"The hotel is very grand with old-fashioned furniture which is a little faded, but I quite liked it. Plenty of facilities, although the Spa is extra and I didn't opt for it. Breakfast was inclusive, and excellent with an extensive buffet selection. So much to eat that I didn't bother having lunches during my stay! "

"Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks"

"We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"We stayed for one week in February, the apartments was well located just a short walk from the beach front and restaurants. The apartments were well maintained and clean throughout however the absence of a lift made carrying luggage to the third floor slightly challenging."
