The staff and personalized butler service was outstanding. Our every need was addressed and we did not have to leave the resort for anything.

Best service, always people assisting at the beach with beverages and food. Concierge is always available. Rooms are always cleaned and fresh towels. Food at restaurants was excellent. Staff is amazing and very accommodating in every way.

Beautiful property. Liked the golf cart and boat transfers. Very disappointed in the food.

Attended a wedding for a few days had a Great time. All amenities Needed were close by and if not shuttles were there to transport you

When we first booked, we called and informed them that our reservations are 10/30/24-11/4/24 and we weren’t going to arrive until 10/31 at 6am. We requested our room be ready then and they informed us that it will. When we arrived the room was not ready and they suggested we go eat and relax by the pool. After 4 1/2 hours we were really tired and decided to go check on our room again. The guy at the desk was insensitive and continued to brush us off. We then went back to the desk to ask for a supervisor at that point we were accommodated and placed into a room. The room and the resort were very beautiful and relaxing. For two days we kept asking them to bring us face towels & more water as we brushed our teeth with only bottled water, after the second day I requested we talk to management and they immediately brought us towels and water instead. We also asked that they do not clean our room to prevent anyone being there without us. Sunday we were gone enjoying the resort from about 10am-5pm and as we were getting ready for dinner, we realized they cleanedMonday morning as we were packing and gathering our things, I noticed inside of one of my bags a blanket I travel with was missing. Noticing that I went deeper into my purse to look inside another bag that was all the way at the bottom of my big back & should have been under the cover I had. We then noticed that $60 was missing that we were using to tip. We arrived with $160 and only spent $80 due to not leaving the resort.

What a wonderful Honeymoon Vacation. The Resort felt like it was top notch in nearly all regards. Many reviews I've seen say the food isn't very good but I disagree. There are so many options, so you just gotta keep trying places. El Gaucho definitely takes first place. The staff was also fantastic, with a few minor exceptions. The ladies at the cafe seemed bothered by us everytime we went there. Our Butler Roman was simply wonderful. And the majority of other staff were excellent. The cabaret show was stunning and well worth the price of admission. The Spa is an absolute must. It is one of the the coolest and most beautiful experiences. I think the only other negative would be the bed. We had a king size and it hurt my wife's back to the point we had to request a pillow topper. All in all I would highly recommend TRS Coral.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN AN ALL-INCLUSIVE CANCUN RESORT. WHILE THE PROPERTY IS REALLY GOOD with NICE SWIM UP ROOMS ALONG WITH A WORLD CLASS SPA/SAUNA, THIS RESORT FAILS MISERABLY IN HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND INVITING AND FELT LIKE THEY WERE REALLY NOT IN PROVIDING HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE TO THE GUESTS. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS IN A HURRY AND GOT US THE BANDS FOR ACCESS ACROSS THE RESORT HOWEVER, THE ROOM WOULD NOT BE READY FOR ANOTHER TWO HOURS. WE DID MENTION THAT WE ARE VIP ACCESS GUEST FROM EXPEDIA, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BENEFITS, LATER WE GOT THE $600 RESORT CREDIT WHICH WAS BASICALLY $10-$50 COUPONS WHICH ARE ESSENTIALLY USELESS. THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE, HOWEVER WAS NOT THE ONE THAT WE ASKED FOR WE HAD PAID FOR THE BEACH SIDE, SWIM UP ROOM, WHICH WERE AT THE END OF THE RESORT SIDE, HOWEVER, THEY GAVE US A POOL VIEW ROOM, WHICH HAD NO PRIVACY AT ALL. THE PILLOWS IN THE ROOM SMELL REALLY MUSTY AND MOIST, AND WE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THEM CHANGED AND IT WASN’T ON UNTIL 10 PM THAT THEY CHANGED THEM. The pool side is a dull and There is no party scene or music around the pool and felt like we were just chilling in a community pool. RESTAURANTS ARE BAD WITH NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. The grand palladium restaurants require reservation before 3 PM for dinner and will not allow you to dine in. The guest services don’t care if you go hungry. The spa was a saving grace, but will never go back to this resort
