Eduardo at the customer service desk, was patient, courteous and helpful when we needed his assistance. Armando in the Mexican and Italian restaurants is an excellent waiter who suggested the perfect wine to go with our meals. Armando went above and beyond to make our dining delight. Lili and Jorge at the breakfast buffet were welcoming and attentive to our requests. Tono the beach waiter catered to our every request with a smile.
The property was always being cleaned and we enjoyed our garden view.

The staff are so nice and polite. The place is super clean. The pools are big and clean. The beach is clean and very nice.
