Punta Blanca Beach House is a hidden gem! My husband and I booked 4 nights to celebrate our 2yr wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier with the room, amenities, the food, the beach, the people (staff and management). Premises were very well maintained, servers were so attentive (Francisco and Irving, thank you for everything- always seemed pleased to help with a smile on). Management was incredible, they made sure we were always taken care of- remembered our names and our anniversary & gave us a couple ‘on the house’ treats (like dessert and drinks) for our anniversary. The space had a super chill vibe- reminded us of the old Tulum days- away from the chaos. My husband took out a kayak they had available and it made his day! The room was equipped with everything we needed, super cute and clean. And nothing beats watching the sunset from your own private plunge pool- top notch views. Thanks for everything Punta Blanca! We will definitely be coming back and telling our friends/family about you.

This was the worst resort- I was locked in my room and the place was absolutely disgusting

The main door lock did not workk and maintance could not fix it after trying it for few hours. The hotel has a really bad management system and needs to improve itscustimer service, starting with the manager. Basically, the door remained open/unlocked during my stay.

Don’t be deceived by the pictures and reviews. Air conditioning is too bad Bugs and dirty The pool in the roof is next to the solar panels Non paved road for 2 miles with very big holes I booked 7 nights, i couldn’t stay even an hour and i lost my payment cause my mistake was booking with accepting non refundable reservation. The only good thing was the stuff
