The property exceeded my expectations. The entertainment coordinators (Himen) and our butler (Aaron) were perfect. All the staff were kind, smiled, and accommodating. The sap was absolutely beautiful. The pictures of the rooms and property do not do this space justice. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. It made our honeymoon spectacular!! I can't wait to go back!

Overall had a great experience. Food quality was average. Service at times was delayed but generally a great hotel and staff team.

Beach was great! They were constantly cleaning up the seaweeds and kept in shape.

The front desk people just horrible and bunch of liars, including Eric, their manager. This is just awful.
To be in Five Star hotel, and to be treated like trash.
I want my money back period.

A great hotel and establishment. Surprisingly, there were too many rules for everything. Some of the staff were very rude when asked for the most basic things. Otherwise, great hotel and experience.

We visited last week and had a wonderful time! Although the room was a bit worn, it was very clean. Staff was excellent and the food was also great.
