There are always pros and cons in with anything and here is my list:
Pros:
Very clean
Absolutely loved the swim up pool (had the privileged romance suite)
The spa was very relaxing and we loved the pool and service provided
Service in the privileged dining area for guests at the buffet was phenomenal
The theater production was so much fun!
The Lobby bar was our favorite
Cons:
The food was less than desirable
It was hard to book reservations for restaurants due to them filling up very fast
They had representatives scattered throughout the property try to get you to attend a private breakfast and then you’ll receive a perk or 2 after a presentation. Seeing that we were called about a welcome bag and heading to the lobby, then presented with these options I felt it to be very tacky. Especially when we were spending over $500 a night
The drinks were weak - but it did help if you tipped the right bartenders
Could not access bathrooms easily when eating in the buffet due to door being locked - had to walk outside and around to main lobby
At the end of the day we probably won’t be back to this location. But it was very peaceful and service was very good…as long as they knew that you were part of the privileged system and being in the type of room we were in helped as a few employees were not attentive until they realized what room we were in. By far this is not a 5 star resort and I would rate it 3.5.

This is not a five star nor four star resort. What a disappointment Expedia. It could be a 4 star resort if it was better cared for. The place needs a paint job, landscaping, and a modernized look. It’s so run down and its appearance is a real vacation buzz kill. The room was spacious but musty smelling. The swim up room, swam up to nothing and was too cold to use. We were on the quiet pool side which was low key. The other pool, the margarita pool, was the place where most of the daily entertainment occurred. Activities were hit or miss and not entirely at the fault of the staff. They tried to get people involved but most wanted to just watch and not participate. We only made it to one night time show, the Michael Jackson show, which was eh. We spent most nights sitting outside listening to the DJ hearing our son complain about the spotty WiFi. The spa was also disappointing. Nothing fancy. Best part was the hydrotherapy before the massage. Neither of the masseuses my husband and I had were good, likely neither were trained massage therapist. We were both more uncomfortable after the massages, so save you’re money. Food was better than the average all inclusive. Best meal was at the Grill but we didn’t get to try the Japanese restaurant or make it to Bloved. Restaurant reservations are difficult. They are done through a website and only available 3 days at a time. If you don’t book at midnight 3 days prior you’ll be closed out of everything. We won’t be returning.

Beautiful hotel, good food but alot of mold and water smelled

We are a family of five. We paid extra money for what was described to us a king bed with bunk beds and a pullout couch. We were given two queen beds in the same room and a pullout couch. It was not why we paid an extra $500.

Awesome staff and a great place to relax. There's quite a lot of entertainment options. Just the right balance of relaxation and entertainment. Tons of food options. Awesome Burgers and steaks.

The property was amazing. It had clean beaches, rooms and restaurants. The pools were to die for too. Really recommend it. The only faults I found is that most of the elevators weren’t working and we have to use the staff elevators

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We enjoyed the food at every restaurant, but absolutely loved Barcelona Origens. Their food was the best we ate our entire trip.
