"We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. "The room we stayed was near the entrance and next to a machine the would make a blower noise ridiculous loud for few hours, the general staff very friendly except for the check in people that don’t have an welcoming attitude. In terms of food, entertainment and everything else it was great. "

Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!"
