"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to everything. The room (junior suite with view) was stunning. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with nice products. The bed was large and comfortable. We had use of the spa included in our room and this was absolutely amazing. Treatmebts were also good. The food in the bar was also superb. "

"I didn't like the fact that reception told us we had an hour to get to Dinner because they close at 2200, but when we arrived, it was 2130, and so what was supposed to be a nice dinner turned into a nightmare."

"Thoroughly enjoyable short stay. Lovely hotel. great staff, lovely restaurant and good food and close to the beach, The area was quiet and about 3 kms from the centre of Estepona which suited us as we enjoyed the walk in but you could get a bus close to the hotel. It had good facilities for both adults and children but would have more as the hotel got busier, "

"Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard. "

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"This place is top-notch. You get incredible value staying at a property where you'd expect to pay much more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, much larger than expected, and with many additional features. The location is great, with many shops in the area, and only a short walk to the seaside. It's also not that far to the centre of town where you will find the cathedral and the many shopping streets. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Cadiz."

Value for money plus much, much more!

"This place is top-notch. You get incredible value staying at a property where you'd expect to pay much more. "This is a great resort location on the beach with two pools and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet is only EUR 10 and dinner buffet was only EUR 25 (prices may be higher in summer). The beach is walkable and about 2kms to the Rota Lighthouse. I spent the first afternoon walking along the beach to the old town and then returned by street to see the old town and newer section. One item different from U.S. properties is that neither of the pools is heated and there is no hot tub. The pools were too cold to use in January but the sun deck on roof of the beach club building was semi-protected from the winds. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. "
