Carpet needed better sweeping. Dirt buildup around edges & hadn't been swept between nightstand & bed. bathroom needed work. Towel bar was missing and water damage or mold on ceiling by shower.

The specific location is a little odd to gain access to... however, once you figure out the entrance, it's o.k.

A hat had been left in the room from a former guest and there was a used shampoo bottle in the shower area.

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. This is second time staying here and will stay for future visits.

The signs weren't lit and there were other indicators the outside of the building could use some maintenance. We never did get the key card to open the door nearest the parking lot so had to lug everything in and out the front.
