Amazing! Small hotel with charm and amazing, friendly staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Very walkable to the Faloria Cable Car and the main town.

First time visit for us we had a warm welcome from geovani easy check in then shown to our room and given a brief look around. its
A small hotel with a family feel our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The breakfast was cereals, rolls, eggs, fresh and dried fruits, yougurts, french toast, jams, cheese, cakes, fresh juice, teas and coffee self serve if we needed advice we asked roseanna who would go out of her way to help us, you can tell they want you to enjoy your holiday. We will return to cortina and the oasi again in the future.

Clean room, terrible service

My biggest problem was with the service. It says it's a non-smoking hotel, but the owner smoked directly outside of our window. There is no AC, so the only way to cool the room is to open the window. Our room was either hot or smelled like smoke. When we asked the owner if he would mind smoking somewhere else he rudely told us that he would mind and we could shut our window.
When we were checking in, they wanted to keep our passports and just leave them sitting at out in public for anyone to steal once they were done with them. Luckily, we were able to get them to bring them directly to us.
At one point the owner told me to follow him shortly so he could show me how to use the door lock. He then got annoyed and rudely yelled at me to follow him when I didn't immediately follow him. I believe it was a miscommunication not realizing that shortly doesn't mean right away which is understandable. What is not understable is when you're rude to guests after you have a miscommunication when you speak different languages.
The woman that worked at the front desk was very nice and helpful any time we interacted with her. It was only the male owner that was rude.
I don't think they can control it, but the hotel next door turns into a night club until midnight on weekends making it hard to sleep.
The parking lot is tiny and next to impossible to get in and out of without damaging your car

Well, Guests with a very unfriendly attitude at once. Guests who got the passports back in their hands in 10 min. time after checking-in. Guests who dared to ask not to smoke outside my private apartment located 2 floors below their window (the room has 2 windows and 1 is on the opposite side of the building). Guests who complained about the lack of AC at a resort located 1,250 meters above sea level (no hotel has AC in Cortina, as far as I know). I believe that my english is enough good to make myself understood, therefore no language misunderstandings. Parking lot tight but located downtown and free of charge, on top. Only Guests with poor driving skills risk to damage their cars. Great place!

Breakfast is included. The beds are comfortable.
The center of Cortina is a 5-minute walk away, everything is very close.
Highly recommended!

Basic dated accommodation. Room was a good size And breakfast and cleaning staff were great offering helpful insights into the area and trail conditions. Had an issue confirming our hotel nights prior to checkin where we were told they didn’t have availability the first night for us so we ended up booking another hotel however they still ended up charging us due to a miscommunication on both sides and they did not help achieve a successful resolution or take any responsibility for it.

Oasi Hotel was great. Very good location near bus station and easy walk to town centre. Very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in the room.
More than happy to provide me with a kettle and other bits and pieces when i asked. Really enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend.
