The room had a terrible smell, took forever for the bathtub and sink to drain (15 mins). The toilet became blocked on the last morning, so had to use toliets near the laundry room. The floor appeared clean but our feet were black after only a few minutes. It needed to be washed not just brushed. No outside lighting and visitors congregated outside the room, smoking and drinking until around midnight.

Good motel for one night and convenient to Mesa Verde National Park. Outside doors and limited parking. Hotel staff was great and gave us a really good recommendation for a Mexican restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

When check in at 3pm, immediately was told they overbook, paid for 2 beds with kitchenette. Got a king size bed with kitchenette. Only one fork, one table towel was dirty. Shampoo not provided. Floor feels dirty.like the big refrigerator and Working AC, old small microwave. This place should be called motel. Nothing look like the photos. I probably will not return.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The motel had breakfast and it was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again
