Brother phone worked. One had sticky coffee all over it . I called front desk on my cell and was out on hold 15 minutes. Twice. . The bed was horrible. The pool was filthy. Green, you could see trash and particles floating on it. You could see where it was wiped the last time it was cleaned. It had moss. Really gross and I got this hotel for the pool. It was really gross.

Our pool was closed on Tue 10th, Sept. because of all the recent rain storms we had it made the pool the color it did without treatment and we made the call to closed it for the season. I love that the room floors are linoleum, rather than carpet! The suite size was wonderful! Misty at the front desk was extremely helpful. Biggest negative is that there are no elevators and it was difficult for us to bring our bags and cooler up the stairs. Also the refrigerator was not working, but Misty fixed it. (It was unplugged in a cupboard after being defrosted.)

Bed comfortable room clean but dated. Toilet vanities sink very short seems to be built to accommodate persons under 4 ft tall. Noises banging of the pool gate lasted until approximately 11pm. Coffee was really weak it was like drinking warm water. Staff were really nice and helpful.
