"My review is always the truth so here you go. Im a woman that travels for a living monthly and on my own, so I’m pretty particular with hotels. The reviews here should be higher. If I spend over 70 bux a night I try to use every amenity, lol this was no exception. The location was easy to find, well lit and very inviting. Because I solo travel (fly and drive), my car is usually packed and I felt very safe with my car in the parking lot. Front desk staff was speedy and courteous. The gym was tidy and adequate. I didn’t use the pool but I assume it’s indoors because they did offer to tell me about it but it’s November, I decided against it. The room was nice. Much more posh looking than I expected. The bed was huge and very comfy. Bedding was clean and fluffy, bathroom was spotless and there was a microwave and fridge too. I had a good sleep and the shower’s water pressure was great. Now I know what you really want to know…how’s the breakfast, right? It’s what I look for. The breakkie is good! Hot sausage, eggs, gravy, waffles and all the cold items of a good continental. (Pastries/cereal/fruit salad and yogurt) I was thoroughly pleased. And full. It was all positive. I would definitely stay again. "

"The stay was great, we had a water spill near bathroom floor and the staff came quickly to address and also offered us to move rooms and also gave us complimentary breakfast for our troubles. All the staff were friendly and made sure our stay was great. I would definitely book Hilton Knoxville again."

"Before I book my hotel there, I looked online for a pet friendly motel so I went ahead and paid my room for two days and then went to the office and they asked me how many dogs did I have and I said too so they were gonna charge me $60 extra for each day And I told him no that’s not right it should’ve been written in the policy for the hotel and he tried to call the police on me because I refused to leave until he gave me my refund "
