Dear Hotel H10 Ocean Dunas,
I would like to point out that unfortunately the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. Our sheets were only changed once in 9 days, and only after reporting it to the front desk.
Furthermore, in a 4 star hotel I think the choice of food on the half board menù should be wider, and not only one menù for the whole season.

Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. The rest of the room and terrace was lovely. There were good options at breakfast. Thank you very much to all staff, I had a great time.

Great service. The Terrace restaurant was outstanding. Close to the beach. Great room and gym facility.

We were originally booked in to H10 Ocean Dunas but on arrival found pool was nearly all fenced off with building work being carried out. Hotel claimed we should have been advised but Expedia had no mention of it on website on booking or on our arrival. We asked to be moved and we’re offered H10 Suites further up the road.
The hotel is ok but tired and in need of refurbishment. The rooms need updating and painting with new furnishings.
The hotel needs a deep clean as cockroaches were in our room and several other guests reported the same.
The family pool area ( we didn’t visit the other pool area) again needs updating. The beds need updating and there just aren’t enough. Worse though far too few parasols which many were old and broken or cheaply repaired.
Of the 3 large parasols in the pool bar area 2 were broken and had tears in the parasol hood.
Overall outside was reasonably maintained but there was minor building work on for our last week although not intrusive.
Food is ok and buffet style but unlike other half board we’ve stayed at the drink with evening meal was chargeable .
Overall hotel is ok but needs an overhaul . The first hotel should have been closed and we should have been offered a move on arrival rather than have to ask. It was half empty with building materials visible a great big fence around most of the pool. Personally we would not return to the H10s in Corralejo although that is our preference . Staff overall were good but it needs improvements.

Enjoyable stay.
Posted 19 Jun 2023 on HotelsVery nice hotel, with friendly staff and good catering. I made good use of the gym whilst I was there.
Unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay (w/c 5th June 2023) - but guests were able to use the pool at H10's sister hotel around the corner, which was really nice.
