Great but a couple improvements

Very friendly staff, just some rooms not fully renavated or missing a couple things, but other than that, it was pretty good, also wifi was out.

Accommodation were comfortable and room was non smoking room it at first smelled of stale smoke at first before air condition of fan bed was comfort and firm rested soundly

For $40 a night it was exactly as you would expect. The gentleman at the front office was very pleasant and quick to get us checked in. Chose it because it was cheap and they had rooms available for New years weekend. The price is why it still gets three stars. The sheets in the room had stains and cigarette Burns and there was food from the previous residents left in the fridge. The booking was for two adults for two nights and there was only one towel for in the bathroom. Luckily we had extra blankets in the car that we put down over the bed. Around 3:00 a.m. the crackheads next door to us decide to flip s*** and keep us awake for the next hour or so. So it was a pretty eventful stay.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. We went to Corpus Christy to watch the eclipse. Upon arrival we where greeted to what looked like police tape blocking the lobby. After getting the key through a hole in the window we go up stairs to our room. after side stepping the big crumbling hole in the walk way on the second floor we made it to our room. We were defiantly surprised to see that the room looked nothing like the pictures. I guess they used stock photos from another hotel, but what ever as long as it is clean. After the long road trip everyone need to use the restroom. Well the toilet is full of paper or insulation. could not really tell due to the mold growing on it. I tried to flush it down but the tank is empty, so the toilet has not worked in sometime. So much for clean. I go back down stairs and tell the person in the window I need another room because the toilet does not work, and she tells me she can send someone to unclog it, but that is all she can do. mind you there are three cars in the parking lot and one of them is mine. So I tell her the toilet has not water in it. it is broken. Please give me a new room or my money back. So she moves me to a new room, right next to the hole in the walkway. by this time it was midnight and we just wanted sleep. beds where comfortable, and the AC worked good, but everything else is a pass. If someone is looking for a place to film a horror film or post apcoliptic movie this is the place.
