Everything was good. Rooms could use a little updating but for the price it was really nice

Kool little spot . BBQ grills gazebo with lights right next to pool which is super big .. just rooms need updating

The rooms furniture, sheets, carpet, and toiled were old, dirty and/or damaged. Terrible experience. I never had a bad experience with this franchise before, but this time I was very disappointed.

For paying 85 dollars we were not expecting to receive an unflushed toilet, pubes on the toilet, german cockroaches, stained and wet sheets, and multiple cigarette burn on the comforter, and leaks all over the building.
Last time we ever get choose red roof inn.

We walked in and the floors were soaked with water. Went to the desk clerk. Showed him and requested our money back immediately. He said he would give our money back. But i see that i have been charged. I would like my money back from uou. Please advise. We never stayed there.

Property was very dirty and unsanitary. Breakfast was not included and pool was green
