Right on the water, great pool for small children, decent breakfast. Rockport beach park is 3 miles away.
Very friendly staff. Great A/C. Would visit again!

My husband and i stayed 3 nights. The view was perfect. Staff so helpful especially Malachi.
The ac was super loud in our bedroom and on and off every 5 to 10 minutes but maintenance did try to help. It also blew hot air on to balcony so made it hotter than it would have been and ac above dripped on to our balcony.Had to buy our own pillows as theirs were flat and hard.
Liked having a fridge and easy walk to restaurants but benchwarmers/ hoodat was the one we went to every night. So good! Short drive to beach.

The property needs refurbishing. The pool was dirty. The front porch of the hotel was really dirty. The air conditioning unit for our room sounded like a motorcycle racing through the gears. The Coffee maker in our room did not work, and the refrigerator was barely cool.

Need more parking spaces.
