Very bad place and they don't want to give you money back

This hotel just needs some TLC - it's location is great, but the room needed to be cleaned!! The room had cracks in the ceiling, where we physically saw mosquitoes coming in and out of it. The floors need a MAJOR sweeping. Most importantly, the advertise that they have an elevator, but upon arriving we were told it was not working, and we would have to take the stairs - which luckily for us was ok to do but this is definitely not ADA compliant and would be impossible for a handicapped person.
