Everything was great! Remodelled room and staff was nice. Water takes a bit to get warm for the shower but they are still remodeling a room or two on the property so that could be why. But it worked out great for a quick work trip and easy all the way around. Thanks and happy holidays

Very clean Quilt on the bed appropriate for a warm summer night. No additional blanket available. Light bulbs above external stairway out - very dark to go downstairs.

Needs better window blinds shower gets clogged and takes a long time for the water to get hot . Better rugs for bathroom and room . Needs new blankets

We booked the wrong hotel less the 24hrs before checking in. So we tried getting a refund which they stated that"they can't offer refunds or partial refunds for cancellation due to hotel policy" I was okay with a partial refund but they refused. So they can keep my money and rent it out the room to make more money. Not good business. Don't use a 3rd party hotel service, the hotel gets paid before you show up.
