Pool is filled with cement . Area doesn’t feel safe , rooms are clean and updated but ugly lighting outside makes you it feel like walking into a prison

The only thing I needed was a hair dryer. It was unusual to not find one in the bathroom. The office people were very polite and helped me with my luggage. The room was very clean and comfortable with a full-sized fridge. It was a good choice.

I had booked 2 rooms and I had called a week earlier to ask if it was okay to pay cash since they charge a $200 deposit; they told me that it was fine. The day off I received a call saying that my card had declined when they clearly told me I was able to “ pay at property” cash, after I told them I was not going to pay with card only cash they told me it was fine. When we arrived to the hotel we get told that they canceled our reservations. We spend around 30 minutes trying to get another room. When it was time to pay the man helping us said do you guys have money to pay for the deposit. Keep in mind he told the gentleman in front of us that it was cool that he didint have to pay the deposit yet he made us pay for it. We never felt as discriminated as we did in this place. This is unacceptable!
