Property is nice and clean, pool just needs updating, very slippery, my daughter slipped and fell while walking from pool to the bar. Dining is limited because there's only 1 restaurant, no beach access, elevators don't have AC so hot when you go in.Not much activities in hotel... best to take tours. Very friendly staff.. hotel is far from airport and town proper and only means of transportation is by shuttle and tricycles.

The best hotel to stay in coron hands down. Their family room with loft beds is perfect buffet breakfast was delicious and pools around the property is nice to hang out in after a day of island hopping.

We enjoyed our stay at Zuri resort! Staff were friendly and rooms are clean. Customer service was excellent as well. Wifi was intermittent though. We kept losing service in the room.

Property was clean and everyone was beyond helpful and friendly! Aldrin and Dave from the pool were amazing!!! Beautiful pool very relaxing.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Superb amenities, staff are very friendly and accommodating, their daily breakfast is really good and provided a lot of choices. The town is very near, 20 - 30 minutes walkable or you have the option of taking the tricycle (stationed just outside the hotel) We will definitely return next year! It's a 10/10 for us, my son will definitely agree! Thank you

I did not able to get there due to weather conditions. I rebooked my ticket 3 times and contacted the resort many times for them to be aware about the situation, but unfortunately they are not considering the situation. It’s just disappointing for them not to understand which is not my fault anyway. I wish they are more considerate especially if the situation like typhoon, or they should let the guest ahead for of time about the weather conditions especially i am not from here. I travelled from California to the Philippines wishing to see this resort but very unfortunate. I spent a lot of money for this and who knows that typhoon is coming this time. They should let guests know about the situation and be more understanding for like me that spend money travelling. The staff who answered the call you will get lucky of they will answer the phone, if they answer they will hang up. They are rude and i feel like i am bugging them. Too much attitude and not friendly. Im not the only one who experienced this cause i am travelling some friends from california and they also told me the same thing every time they contact the resort. I wish they are more emphatic towards tourists cause we did not use the resort anyway we never experience it and they should refund the money cause nobody’s fault, it’s the weather.
