The area the hotel was located in was more industrial than i would have liked. When i checked in at 3 , I was told my room was not quite ready and would be a matter of minutes. The clerk then asked for my phone number so she could give me a call while i waited in reception. At 3:40 and still no call i noticed a line of people checking in and were only at the desk mere minutes. ( they had arrived after me). I went up to the desk and asked when my room would be ready. The clerk shot me a look and pointed to the line. At 4:00 another clerk noticed my frustration and looked into the issue and i finally got my room with a "Sorry". There was also a young girl's hockey team there. The young girls were running up-and-down the halls until midnight on my floor. And pretty i could hear Everything going on in the room anove me with running and giggling and someone bouncing a ball. I barely. Got any sleep that night. Every time I left my room the hall was filled with girls sitting in the hall or running around. Not a good experience

This hotel needs to provide better training to new staff. Absolutely horrid check in. All other aspects were good and to Hamptons standards.

They told me they double booked and didn’t have a room for me.

If ever i need to chose a hotel again i would choose the same one: Hampton Inn

Nice new hotel in Cornwall. Really needed. Not happy with housekeeping or lack of. One front desk person said ‘housekeeping done one every two days’ another said ‘once every four days’ and worst of all they don’t tell you this until you complain about the room. Who wants dirty towels sitting in shower for days….not me.

Well-appointed standard room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker; many electrical outlets; excellent hot breakfast in airy room with windows bringing in sunlight; snacks to purchase in lobby along with coffee 24/7. Only suggestion for improvement would be having more front desk staff in evening to facilitate faster check-in.
