Our room was very nice and very clean. The location was very good. It was very easy to walk around and go shopping or dining without any extra transportation. It would have been nice if they had a refrigerator in the room however they did provide coffee and tea in the room.

Great area, easy walk to most places. Clean, had most needed amenities, except for hair dryer.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, as expected, in a 4-star hotel. There were many good things, and here are some not-so-great things for us. The offsite parking is inconvenient and borderline painful, a big negative, and the logistics aren't easy. We dragged our bags 3-4 blocks to the car when leaving. Also, there were no instructions for the baggage lift at the entrance, so I dragged my bags up the stairs since I couldn't operate the lift. A family with a child in a wheelchair had the same issue when I was by the lift. Post instructions on how to open the gate and to raise and lower the lift...seems simple to fix. I liked the self-check-in kiosks and check-out on my phone/device.

Was surprised that when told our room was not ready, but if we slipped over 20 Euros it would be. So I took a 20 and put it on the counter and said my room is not ready but when I give you this 20 it will be? Shocking!

We loved the location, the reception people were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Very happy with the hotel.

Great location for staying in Cork. The staff are very helpful.
Upon arrival there was a small snafu with the room that I ordered and the room that they gave us , however it was quickly resolved. They even brought our bags up to the room for us.
