Worst customer service ever. They genuinely don’t care about their clients. The management is not aligned whatsoever and say the absolute opposite things.

The hotel staff was *very* responsive to a concern I shared regarding the bathroom. Nice property, would recommend to others.

A bit out of the way, but offered good parking, so if you have a car, its nicely located if you want to get into Cork and the price is more reasonable than other hotels in Cork. However, there is not much to do in the immediate area.
